 Returns

 Please notify us within 24 hours if you are not completely satisfied. Item must be returned in its original condition and not used. All packaging including tag must be intact. Returns exclude postage cost.

We will process your refund within 21 days of the notification. If your order is damaged or faulty in any way please email us at info@tkcords.co.uk  within 24 hours of receipt.  Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

All our earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.
